About the PSG
Singapore has introduced and launched the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) with the intention of helping local SMEs improve their productivity and automate existing processes through the use of IT solutions and equipment.
SMEs can get up to 50% funding of the qualifying cost, capped at $30,000 per company per year (starting April 1st).
Here is the good news: Keenon’s autonomous robots are one IT line that is eligible for the PSG Grant. Our autonomous robots which assist in food delivery, collection of soiled crockery to and from customers’ tables in an F&B outlet or housekeeping tasks like vacuuming the floor, are pre-programmed and can be mapped according to the layout of the floor.
Eligibility
In general, businesses need to meet these criteria to be eligible for the Grant:
☐ Business entity that is registered & operating in Singapore.
☐ Company does not fall under these categories – Charities, Institutions of Public Characters (IPCs), Religious Entities, Voluntary Welfare Organisation (VWO), Government agencies and subsidiaries.
☐ At least 30% local shareholding held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) / Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership of the applicant.
☐ Company has a Group Annual Sales Turnover not exceeding S$100 million OR a Group employment size not exceeding 200 employees.
For this grant specifically, you will need to be registered as Food Services companies (classified under SSIC 56 or 68104). You can check this information on your ACRA file.

The Grant would require companies to make a full payment for purchase of the KeenOn robot before delivery. The process of reimbursement from PSG may require 4-6 weeks, thus it is important for companies to ensure that they can manage their cash flow for the initial payment.

b) Payment supporting document such as bank statement, cheque or bank transfer image. The document should indicate important information required such as grant applicant name, payee name, payment date, payment amount and approval status of transaction.

e) Picture of robot being installed and used on site. Picture should be clear to show the equipment and location where it is being used.
f) Serial Number of Equipment (if applicable)

The grant is capped at $15,500 per unit.

PSG granted to an entity is capped at $30,000 per company per year across different categories of PSG. The grant cap generally refreshes itself on 01 April of every year.
